To top it all it was in good condition, within walking distance for them of the High Street in Banstead and had direct access to the back garden for their new addition.Bright and airy inside, there was little for them to do but to modernise the kitchen and redecorate to put their own stamp on it.

We were both born local to the area and always wanted to live in Banstead, with its great feeling of community spirit, fantastic shops, boutiques, coffee houses and a wide variety of restaurants and we have always felt its a safe area.We have been over the moon with our home from the day we moved in. It is perfectly suited to our needs. The location is great! My husband uses the A217 to get to work and Banstead village is close enough to walk to even with the buggy.We are sad to leave but its time to upsize with our latest addition to the family.
