My late sister lived here at Rosemary Avenue for over forty three years. It’s one of those roads that people never move away from.

Having spent a lot of time down here recently it is easy to see why. It is a peaceful road rarely accessed by anyone other than the residence.

I also feel the property is in one of the best parts of the road, peer through the fence at the end of the garden and you will see the playing field. It seems a shame to let the property go. If I was local I would probably move in myself.
