There is plenty of parking for visitors and guests.I like a low maintenance garden but also enjoy a sunny garden which is exactly what I have here. We added a sun room not long after moving in which has been a great improvement and gives the home that bit of extra space. The bedrooms being doubles are great for when family come to stay. I have recently upgraded the boiler so that should give some peace of mind to the new owners, I am sure they will be very happy here.
