From Launceston Town Hall / Castle take the road signposted towards Bude. Follow this road down past the Castle, through Newport and at the mini-roundabout in front of the White Horse Inn go straight ahead effectively up St. Stephens Hill. At the top of the hill immediately opposite St. Stephens Church turn left signposted Egloskerry. Follow the road through the village of Egloskerry and on towards Tresmeer and Splatt. Go through the village of Splatt and on towards Canworthy Water. After Splatt the property will be found on the left hand side after approximately 2 miles.
