The views over Augusta Gardens at the back are stunning and having the balcony to make the most of that was a huge appeal.
Being so close to the train station, town centre and the seafront meant that we knew it would always be popular and therefore a good investment.
We have rented this property out and it has been fantastic for that, the yield and investment side of things just took care of themselves as the area is in high demand.
We fell in love with the style of building initially, the location also appealed to us but we knew we had to have it when we walked inside.
It's a stunning flat and one that we are particularly proud of.
