From Okehampton take the eastern exit and join the A30 dual carriageway. Exit of the dual carriageway and follow the signs for Whiddon Down. Upon entering this village turn left signposted Mortenhampstead and Chagford. Proceed for approximately 7 miles into Moretonhamptead and into Ford Street. The property will be found on your left.
