Full Details for 2 Bedroom Detached for sale in Faversham, ME13 :
This is a superb park home for the over 60’s to enjoy your retirement. The lounge area is a beautiful spot, so bright with the large windows filling the room with light. The separate dining area is ideal when the family come to visit for dinner so this down size need not be a struggle. In fact the kitchen continues this trend for space and you even have the addition of the conservatory which is ideal for hanging the washing, just somewhere to kick off muddy shoes after a country walk or a place for the dog to catch a snooze! The bedroom is sure to continue to impress, who would not want their very own walk in wardrobe? Coupled with en-suite shower you really will have your own master suite! That shower room is all yours too as you have a great family bathroom for visitors too. Guests will also be more than happy with the second bedroom. In the garden you will find plenty of space to potter around in if you are feeling green fingered but will also be low maintenance if you are not that way inclined. This will also suit if you are thinking about this property as a bit of a base if you spend some time away in the South of France or a similarly warming climate for parts of the year, as the security is excellent at a place like this and you will be joining a lovely little community too. That is not to say you would be comfortable at Four Horseshoes Park all year round and indeed this site is available for occupancy the whole year, unlike many other park home sites.
I have really enjoyed living at Four Horseshoes Park, the neighbours are wonderful and it such a pleasant environment. The time has come for me to move closer to my family and so it is with a heavy heart but happy memories that I have to say goodbye.Buying this particular home was a 'no-brainer' for my husband and I, we were amazed at how big it was compared to others that we saw in this park as well as others we had been to where friends lived. What is particularly nice is how we have never had to worry about feeling cramped when the family come to visit – there is still plenty of room for Sunday lunch!
