When we were first looking for a property, Southwater stood out. It's close enough to Horsham but still has a rural and neighbourly feel with great schools nearby.

The maisonette attracted us immediately because it was right in the middle of the village, being within walking distance to schools, shops and on a bus route to Horsham town centre. The first thing that struck us was how light and spacious it felt, more so than any other houses we looked at.

The main bedroom felt enormous with a decent sized second bedroom and the kitchen was bigger than we could have expected from a two bedroom property.
