I was originally living in Southwater but subsequently moved to Billingshurst and after some time there I realised I wanted to come back as I had family in the area. I wanted to move somewhere with good space as I like to have friends and family round and at the time there was not that much on the market within my budget that met my requirements. When I saw this one it did need a lot of work but I could not believe the amount of space it offered and could see past the things I would need to do.

I have loved living here and it has been a great place to raise my daughter and I will be sad to leave my lovely neighbours but we want to buy a house now and will not be moving out of Southwater.
