After considering all the options within my budget, this was a clear winner! Not only was it detached, it also came with its own outside space, garage and parking - something I wouldn’t have gotten from a flat or maisonette that was in my price range.

I don’t drive but never struggled to get out and about. I visit Banstead Village several times a week and sometimes go to Sutton by bus and the bus service is very good. I will miss my neighbours - I have made some really good friends here.
