We purchased this maisonette so that we could enjoy summers on the Island when we had a break from work. We then relocated here permanently and until recently, let the apartment out, but we have now decided to part with it. The closeness to Cowes was excellent and it was easy getting back and forth from the mainland via the Red Jet.
