DIRECTIONS: FromCrediton take the A377 main road towards Barnstaple for approximately 7miles and turn right just before Lapford Cross Garage as signed toLapford. Proceed up into the village going past the church and the MaltScoop Inn, and continue up the hill - Upper Rose Cottage is the lastcottage on the right hand side before leaving the village.
