DIRECTIONS TO THE PROPERTY :  From Crediton take the A377 main road towards Barnstaple for approximately 7 miles and turn right at Lapford Cross as signed to Lapford.  Proceed up into the village going past the church and the Malt Scoop Inn, and Hillview is the second-to-last cottage on the right hand side before leaving the village.
