DIRECTIONS  From Crediton take the A377 road in a north-westerly direction towards Barnstaple.  Proceed through the village of Copplestone (about 4 miles), staying on the A377 for about another 2 miles until arriving at Morchard Road. At the Devonshire Dumpling, turn left signposted Down St Mary. Take the first left into Cleveland and the property will be found on the left hand side of the cul de sac.
