Our Dad really loved living in this bungalow; he chose it above all the others he looked at because it was in the town centre, meaning he could walk everywhere easily!

From here he could walk to the Post Office at York Street, the seafront and Queens Gardens, and the Loop bus stop is within a stones throw meaning there's a bus every 7 minutes during the day linking Broadstairs with Ramsgate, Margate and Westwood Cross.

Our Dad loved the garden too, it's really peaceful and he loved sitting in the sun listening to the birds. I hope the next owner enjoys the bungalow just as much as my Dad did!
