Steeped in history dating back to the early 1800’s this intriguing Grade II listed cottage is a ‘one of a kind’. The Bridge public house and Riverside Tea Room within throwing distance and Amberley Station just a hop skip & jump away. This is a rare opportunity to purchase a historic and interesting property, book to view this smashing little home before it’s too late!

I had passed the cottage many times over the years, having watched it fall into disrepair, I decided to pop a note through the door on the off chance the owners may have wanted to sell. A few months later I picked up the keys! I have loved using the cottage, being a keen walker and cyclist there is really so much to see. I have replaced the roof and window frames and generally improved the property in recent years but it’s time to sell, I hope that the new owner enjoys using the cottage as much as I have.
