I bought this place 2 years ago as a place to get away to. It was run down when I bought it and I have spent a lot of money bringing it up to standard including a new conservatory.

I liked it because it is freehold and very self contained with its own electricity and water supplies from solar power and has a rain collector. I never had the time to stay there which is why I am selling but the peace and quiet when I have been there and swimming in the summer has been great.
