I was looking for a property that was manageable and in a quiet location.

When I purchased it back in 2011 it was barely ten years old, so the only thing I have changed is the bathroom. The rest was fine and still is.

It's lovely to wake up on a beautiful morning and be moments away from the beach.

If it wasn't for wanting to be closer to my family, I would stay put but I hope someone sees what I saw in this and gets as much pleasure from it as I have.
