Having lived in Pembury for most of our lives we know that this is a sought after location. It's very quiet here, and being in a cul de sac there isn't any through traffic. We have enjoyed the views from the top of the garden and will miss it very much. We have spent a lot of time renovating the property over the last few years so the new owner can take advantage of the facilities; it's ready to move straight into!
