When we were looking for a property we really didn't know where we wanted, it was more what we wanted. As soon as this place came up we knew it was for us.

We moved back from Spain and really wanted a challenge and something to do up and this fitted the bill perfectly.

Now we have spent some time here we have fallen in love with the area and it has certainly made our minds up to stay in Rustington but are looking for another challenge.
