Full Details for 2 Bedroom Bungalow for sale in Hythe, CT21 :
This attractive two bedroom detached bungalow is tucked away towards the top of Old London Road and enjoys a raised position, which gives lovely views over the surrounding hillside. Hythe is known as the town where the countryside meets the sea.The lounge has two large windows that offer an ever changing picture of the delightful views and garden. You can just imagine coming back from a long walk along the beach and then settling down to watch your favourite movie. The modern kitchen has a wonderful outlook over the back garden, making this the ideal place to prepare dinner, whilst keeping a watchful eye over your children as they play in the garden. If you love sitting in the sun then you are definitely going to be heading for the gardens on the lovely home. The front garden catches the morning sun, making it the ideal place to sit with the paper; croissants and fresh coffee optional! The secluded back garden catches the sun at the end of the day, so if you are relaxing with a glass of wine, or having friends over for a barbeque, then this garden is going to be a great place to sit and relax.Parking in Hythe can sometimes be a bit of a struggle, well not with this bungalow , as not only do you have a driveway with off road parking for 2/3 cars, but there is also a garage for you to store your pride and joy in. What more could you ask for?
I have lived here for 15 very happy years. My home is in an area which is extremely peaceful and quiet, and it has the feeling of being isolated, even though Hythe town centre is only about half a mile away.If like me you enjoy walking then you will be pleased to know that we are on the edge of miles of countryside walks, with a bridle path taking you towards Lympne. In the time that I have lived here I have had most of the windows and the front door replaced by Everest, cavity wall insulation installed and the loft re-insulated, re-fitted the kitchen and bathroom and I had a new garage door fitted, so hopefully the new owners can just unpack and enjoy this lovely home.
