We have owned this property for around twenty two years and have used it mainly as a holiday home or a get away from the hustle and bustle of London. When we first saw the property we loved the size of the rooms, it fitted the bill perfectly and we really enjoyed having the open fire. We have loved coming to Saltdean for many years now, we have many good friends here who always keep an eye out for us, it is just so quiet and peaceful but we also enjoyed our trips into Brighton via the No. 47 bus which we caught at the bottom of Cissbury Avenue. As we don't use it as often as we like now we feel it is time for us to move on.
