We downsized to live here nearly 30 years ago. The fact we have spent so long living here really highlights how great it is in terms of the location and the property. We nearly didn’t view it as we lost the brochure in the glove box and nearly forgot about it! Thankfully we found it with enough time to secure the purchase and the rest is history.
There is a feeling we get when driving from Folkestone into Capel that just brightens our day, which we got when we first viewed and we still get now. Capel is a great place to live with an excellent sense of community spirit, there is always something going on. There are beautiful walks, the bus service is very frequent and along the cliff tops there are stunning sea views.
