Living in Capel Le Ferne has been everything we hoped for in a village. The sense of community is fantastic, there's always a lot to do here with village fairs and fetes in fact we actually used to live in the property opposite before we moved to this current bungalow. Ideally we would very much like to continue to live in this wonderful village if possible as we find it very convenient for travel and have made some wonderful friends for life here. We have modernised the bungalow to our taste and feel that it is very much a warm, friendly and loving home that the next owners will enjoy for many years.
