My parents bought this home to retire in. Although it is situated within a wonderfully semi-rural location, they would often hop on a bus to get to where they needed. They loved the view from the lounge area over the secluded garden which was their pride and joy and offered a degree of seclusion.
Most of the other bungalows they viewed had the lounge area to the front which she found disappointing. Since moving in, all windows have been replaced with more modern double glazing.
Due to my mother's ill health and father’s death, we want to sell the property, but she is keen to sell her home to a buyer that will enjoy the location, garden and size of the accommodation as much as she has.
