I remember the property standing out to me when I first saw it, as it had it's own entrance, no communal areas. But hands down what sold it to me was the lounge, it's my favourite room in the apartment.

A close second would be the kitchen, as I love that the fact that it is separate from the lounge.

Of all the properties I viewed in the area, this was one of the only ones that had this amount of space and practical layout.

I've enjoyed living here and have loved having friendly neighbours. I will be sorry to leave, but have found something to move onto, and am excited for the future.
