We bought our home after viewing quite a few properties in the area; we loved the location of The Lakes and on viewing other apartments we chose ours, which had the largest separate kitchen we had seen! The approach to our apartment with electric gates gave it an extra feeling of exclusivity and set it apart from other apartments.

Commuting is easy from here; choose from the M20 at junction 4, rail station at West Malling or fast train from Snodland or, if you prefer, a coach service for a more leisurely journey to work.

We have really enjoyed living here and we are only moving now to upsize to a house and intend to stay in the local area.
