Our apartment is in a wonderful location from where we have enjoyed watching all the action on the Solent from the comfort of our armchairs! It is out of the hubbub (particularly during Cowes week) but within easy walking distance of the centre of town.Also, it has been important for us that it is very secure, with great underground parking and easy lift access if required, and costs little to run. One can walk in and feel at home immediately, but then it is very easy to pull the door closed and go.
