Full Details for 2 Bedroom Apartment for sale in Brighton, BN1 :
This elegant ground-floor Regency conversion is located on the cusp of the Clifton Hill and Montpelier conservation area, making it central yet leafy and peaceful.Moments from the cafes and antique stores of Seven Dials, it’s perfectly positioned between the railway station, the seafront and lawns. Along with all that the High Street has to offer, you’ll find boutiques and restaurants, farmers’ markets and artisan delis within strolling distance. The flat itself is spacious and graceful, and is a rarity in that it's bright bow-fronted living room has been left whole, complete with the original shutters. Space and light flow naturally throughout the flat, enhanced by a long internal hallway with steps that lead up to a quirky loft style second bedroom. Overall this is an exceptional home, the lounge is plenty big enough for large dinner parties, there is an abundance of character and very clever storage. This is a rare opportunity to acquire a beautiful apartment with it's authentic layout intact.
I fell in love with this flat the moment I stepped inside nine years ago. While it has the grandeur of high ceilings and original layout that drew me in, it's sunny, friendly atmosphere was what won me over. I was very lucky to find a property with a living room that hasn't been carved up to create additional rooms, and the original shutters and skirting boards add to its integrity.I'll miss the kitchen most, though. Plenty big enough for lingering over weekend brunches and being a keen host I have spent hours on end preparing and serving up some amazing food from here. I'd never find a Brighton home that I enjoy as much nor neighbours as pleasant, and am selling only because of the need to upsize.
