We were looking for our first home together and being from this area we wanted to live in Southwater or Horsham. After viewing a number of apartments we were a bit disappointed by the lack of space. We popped into the Southwater Cubitt & West office and enquired about the brand new apartments in Lintot Square. Julie was kind enough to take us straight over for a viewing. We were completely amazed by the overall size and how bright and convenient it was. As soon as we got back to the office we made an offer. It was the ideal first home and has also worked out well as a rental property.
