I have really enjoyed our time here, it was perfect for us. I’ve had the property from new and loved the fact I could move straight in and didn’t have to do anything. The flat is incredibly well designed with great air flow during the Summer months and in Winter it is well insulated to keep energy costs low. Also, it’s such a great location for the town centre and train station. The Pantiles is only a short walk away which has plenty of choice with shops, pubs and restaurants. Sainsbury’s, round the corner is really handy for my weekly shop or even just to grab bits and pieces. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here, I am only selling as a new opportunity has come up for me elsewhere.
