I've owned this flat for many years and it's always been a popular flat to rent as it's right in the heart of Broadstairs meaning everything is within walking distance.

There's a large lounge and kitchen with ample room for a table and chairs as well as the two good sized bedrooms and you can see the sea from all the windows; a nice reminder of just how close to the beach you really are.

This would be great as someone's main home but would also be fantastic if you are looking for a weekend retreat or holiday home!
