Opening the doors out onto the balcony gives us that all important outside space where we can make the most of the outlook. We have the sea, the South Downs, even Worthing Pier and beautiful sunsets to look at!

The location is handy for getting out and about. The railway station is minutes away and buses run regularly along the coast road. A five minute drive will take you to Tesco's or Sainsbury's and Southwick Square is just around the corner.
