As soon as I stepped inside the flat, I knew I had to have it. It’s lovely to have somewhere that is so new and needs little looking after. It’s built to such a high standard and is so well insulated that my bills are very low. Being away often, I like having a home that is safe to lock up and leave so if the next owner wants a holiday home it will be ideal. I have seen some lovely sunsets from my balcony, in fact the view changes with the seasons so there’s always something different and new to look at. Getting around is incredibly easy too. The A23 is just up the road and getting to the station on foot only takes me 20 minutes. Lewes Road is right on the doorstep and ‘The Lanes’ are only 10 minutes walk away.
