When we were looking for our first home, there were so many flats that had some of the things we were looking for, but we instantly knew this would be the one for us as it ticked all of our boxes. We also liked the fact that, as residents here, we all have an interest and self-run the maintenance of the building.

It’s hard to beat this as a location, it is so convenient as we are just down the road from some lovely restaurants in Caterham Valley when we don’t fancy cooking. Also, as we work in London, it is so handy to have easy access to the station.

We recently got married, so are now moving onto the next chapter in our life.
