Our mother bought the apartment a few years ago and lived here very happily until she decided to move to the West Country.

She really appreciated being able to stroll into the village centre for her shopping - there's such a variety of shops including a traditional family butcher and fishmonger. Having the use of a lift was also a real bonus for her.

She liked relaxing in the lounge/diner where she could enjoy the view across the village common. Being only one of a dozen or so apartments in the modern building, she felt it had a somewhat exclusive atmosphere.
