Having never really been to this area before, I couldn't have asked for a better location. The neighbourhood is so peaceful and quiet, which was just what I wanted to come home to at night (and the view from the windows is lovely, a huge difference looking towards the Downs instead of the back of a building). The transportation links around the area meant that it's been easy to get into the centre of town, to experience the buzz of Brighton & Hove! Also Hove Park being a five minute walk down the road has been a big bonus, as a runner I've really appreciated the beauty of the park, and the ease of access.
