When we were looking for a property we had a clear view of what we wanted. It had to be modern as we didn't want anything needing too much work, it had to be close to the sea and in a quiet area.

We must have viewed twenty properties but nothing jumped out at us. We were then offered what was then a new build apartment. Firstly, we weren't keen as our first thought would be it was too small. How wrong we were.

Felpham village was one of the areas we most wanted as it was close to the sea plus it had great amenities yet far enough away to still be quiet.
