As far as location is concerned we feel that Clifton Crescent really is one of the best in Folkestone. Directly in front you have the communal gardens which are beautifully kept and lead straight on to The Leas which quite frankly, has some of the most stunning views across the English Channel you could ever wish for.

Walks along the top, or even the Lower Coastal Park, are a pleasure and if you are looking for some entertainment the Leas Cliff Hall has some great shows on throughout the year.
