I bought this apartment brand new from Bloor Homes about seven year ago.

Built to their 'Goldcrest' design, I was really impressed by how light and airy it is particularly the lounge, which has a lovely Juliet balcony overlooking the green to the front.

I've rented the property out to the same tenant since new and it is only now that she and her partner have moved on to their first home together that I've decided to sell. She's taken great care of my property and I hope that whoever buys the flat will enjoy it just as much as she has.
