It was the location that really sold it to us, once your get onto the island and start driving around, it became apparent how clean, tidy and well maintained it is all round which is great

We have made several changes over the years in order to keep it nice and fresh so nothing really needs doing. We have been residents on the island for over 10 years and it has always had that secure feeling.
