We looked at loads of properties before we found this lovely apartment. We really loved it for a number of reasons. It's brilliant living so close to the city centre and to Canterbury West Station. Both are easily walkable from here. Myself and my partner are both doing PHD's at the University and we find it very easy to walk there from here too. Although the apartment is very central, we find the area here nice and quiet and easy to relax. The apartment itself is nice and bright and the layout is great, making it feel very spacious. The 2nd bedroom is a double room, meaning if someone wanted to rent this room out it would be a very good option. It's great having the parking space with the apartment too.
