The best thing about living here is the size and location. It is a larger than average apartment and has a light and modern interior. I have recently fitted and new kitchen and bathroom so the major work has already been done for you.

On a nice day it is so easy to walk to the sea front and beach. The scenery coupled with the choice of cafes, restaurants and entertainment make for a lovely day out. It is amazing living so close to everything.

For those wishing to travel to London for work or pleasure, then Broadstairs train station is just around the corner.
