We have been using Avalon as our holiday home for some time now, and it has been the perfect place for us to get away to for a few days. The grounds are private and secure with gated access, so we can lock up and leave the apartment with peace of mind whilst we are not in the area.

This building offers a lot of extras that other similar properties don't have. The keyless entry system, built in CCTV and under floor heating which can be controlled in or away from the property itself.

On a nice day we regularly walk down to Dumpton Gap beach which takes approximately 6 minutes.
