We fell in love with this flat as soon as we walked in. The large landing gave us that instant feeling of space and we found that this flat was bigger than all the other flats and even the two bedroom houses that we had viewed.

The flat was in immaculate condition, all of the kitchen appliances were integrated and, with the fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms, it was ideal for us as it was ready to move straight in to.

We have thoroughly enjoyed living here and the only reason we are moving is that we are now emigrating abroad to a job relocation. We hope that the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
