The apartment itself is a fantastic size and the communal gardens can be viewed from the rear windows. Even the 2nd bedroom is roomy.Welling town centre, with 3 major supermarkets, restaurants and station are a short bus ride away and just because you are in a retirement apartment, why should you not travel up to London and see the sights, and why should you not 'do lunch' with your lady friends? Being this close to town means it is your choice to do it or not.We think you will be surprised at this great 2 bed flat, but come to see for yourself and then tell us we were right.

I have lived here for 15 years and have loved every minute of it. I have enjoyed being close to my family and I have found it easy to get around because I have everything on my doorstep.Things have changed for me now and I need a higher level of care, so I have to move on, but I hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as I did.
