I purchased this apartment from new as a holiday home. The one thing that really stood out to me was the space it offered, its “open” feel and of course the far reaching views from the lounge. Although it doesn’t offer any parking, we have never found this an issue with plenty of parking nearby and as it’s close to the town we always walk anyway. It’s a tough decision to sell this property but I have obligations elsewhere and hope someone else will benefit from this as I have.
