For location, this superb apartment most certainly delivers. Positioned within the heart of a private courtyard and with established and generous grounds to enjoy that stretch down to the sea itself, this is a rare opportunity indeed. A home that could serve you brilliantly as a lock-up-and-leave second home, permanent residence, or even simply an investment.
Internally, it is superbly fitted out, from the quality of the flooring to the fully equipped kitchen and beyond. It offers two double bedrooms, a sizable lounge/diner and family bathroom and externally, beyond the excellent grounds, it also comes with an allocated parking area and storage.
Its proximity to the town itself and all its convenience is absolutely excellent as well as the quickest high speed connections being literally only moments away. The benefits this excellent apartment has to offer for location could not be better.
What the Owner says:
I was extremely happy to purchase this excellent apartment around six years ago after being in a lucky enough position to have owned it once before previously.. The home was built in the early 1800's as the holiday home of the Duke of Buckingham, then known as Buckingham 'Cottage'. Because of its excellent location, it has been a brilliant home-from-home for visiting family and friends to stay when visiting me here on the Island. It is so beautifully served with its delightful grounds, proximity to the beach, sea views, the town itself, and more whilst being blessed by being located in a quiet tucked away corner of the town. I am sure the next owner will be very happy to enjoy the same benefits that myself and my visiting guests have over the years.
