I have enjoyed owning this flat as it has been so convenient and is in a great location. Owning a car myself the secure underground parking was a massive plus. However if I needed to catch the train into London the station isn't far away.

I certainly have enjoyed the balcony over the years and many times sat with a glass of wine taking in the views across fields.

The lift is also handy, especially for transporting the shopping to the apartment.

The property has been let out over the last few years and now it is someone else's chance to own this lovely apartment.
