If you want a property with a fantastic view and in a great location you don't need to look any further. I love the fact I can reach all areas of interest in Folkestone on foot. Such as, The Leas Cliff Hall, the Coastal Park, the Harbour, the train station and Town. The Leas at the end of my road offers great cycle routes and amazing walks. What you can't see from this flat isn't worth seeing! It is so much more than a sea view. The cliffs, the town and ferries crossing from Dover to France are just some of the views you can really enjoy standing at the window watching the world go by. The flat itself is quirky and comfortable, set in a beautiful building that is friendly and convenient to live in. It is well maintained and has stunning communal gardens.
